How to purchase

When making a purchase, please be sure to include:

• The name of the horse(s) you are purchasing
• Health Certificate request (if applicable)
• Additional services you may want for your horse(s) - available services shown below 

If you are requesting a health certificate (additional $50), please note this in your payment or notify us immediately after purchase. A health certificate (CVI) is required by law for any horse traveling out of the state of Oklahoma.

If you choose to opt out of obtaining a health certificate, you do so at your own risk, and you must notify us at the time of purchase.

Once payment has been received, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the horse and all associated care costs.

• The horse will be moved into a stall within 24 hours of purchase
• Board begins on the day following the purchase at $20 per day for stall care
• Board continues until the horse is picked up

If board becomes 30 days past due, the horse will be relinquished from the buyer’s possession and relisted for sale. No refunds will be issued.

After purchase, it is the owner’s responsibility to arrange transport.

• Appointments are required for transporter arrival
• Pickup hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST, seven days a week - unless posted otherwise 
• Horses must be picked up during operating hours

If pickup must occur after 5:00 PM CST, a $100 after-hours fee will apply and must be paid by the horse owner or transporter prior to pickup or at arrival. 

Is it the joint responsibility of the seller, buyer, and transporter to ensure compliance with equine export requirements for out-of-state travel mandated by the destination state and intrastate movement requirements as mandated by the state of Oklahoma. Proof of correct paperwork must be presented prior to horse transport from our premises. Thank you for your cooperation. (All states require a CVI/Health Certificate to enter their state.)
