Transportation for your horse is your responsibility. We are open from 8:30 am to 5 pm CST - Seven days a week! Therefore, transportation of your horse is to be scheduled within that time frame. If for any reason transport has no other option but to arrive after 5pm there will be a charge of $100. Which will need to be paid by the owner of the horse or the transporter.

Our suggestion to you is to ask for photos of your horse(s) throughout their transportation with these individuals. Photos at pick up and mid-way through transportation. Ask for photos of their truck and trailer. That is NOT our responsibility.
